Do I have to become a member to make a purchase?
No, purchases can be make even if you do not want to become a member.
Why would I want to become a member?
Being a member will entitle you to have an email newsletter sent to your email address, which will notify you of changes / updates to the site and also possible promotional offers. Becoming a member also allows you access to the "lightbox" and "email to a friend" features.
How do I unsubscribe from F1Shots membership?
Membership if free, but if you would like to discontinue your membership and no longer receive newsletters, send an email to support@f1shots.com, requesting to be removed.
Can I download the photos for my own use, if I'm a member?
No, currently we do not have a licensing system set-up and the digital images are not for licensed use. If you have a special request, you can send an email inquiry to support@f1shots.com.
What do I receive, when I make a purchase?
All photos are printed on Fujicolor Crystal Archive Paper and matted into Berkshire Acid Free High Quality mat and backing board.
How long does it take for my purchased item to be shipped out?
Please allow 3-5 business days, after receipt of payment, for items to be shipped.
Do you sell frames for the prints/mats?
No, frames are very specialized and are typically chosen to match a particular room. We are not in the frame business and cannot stock all the different types, colours and sizes.
